RETURN POLICY

TruAG warrants all products manufactured by TruAG, to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal usage & conditions. This will extend for a period of 12 months from the date of sale to the original end user. TruAG reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that is determined not to contain a defect in material or manufacturing. TruAG assumes no responsibility for field modifications which create performance, structural or storage quality problems. Modifications to the original design will nullify any product warranty that might otherwise have been available. The outcome of an accepted warranty claim will be for TruAG to repair or replace defective parts at TruAG’s option & expense. All delivery & shipment charges, to & from TruAG facilities, will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any expenses incurred by the purchaser without prior written authorization from an authorized employee of TruAG shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please refer to your specific owners manual for additional warranty information.
